TENDER DESCRIPTION

The city of Bourgoin-Jallieu has decided to build a new theatre. A summary of the programme, attached to this tender dossier, is structured around the following major functional areas: - An events (performance) hub, including the stage, technical facilities and outdoor arrangements, - A reception and conviviality hub - An office hub Estimated works envelope: The estimated works envelope and the useful floor area of the building are stated in the competition rules (candidacy phase). The indicative competition schedule is stated in the competition rules.
