The contract timeline is as follows:

• Provisional duration of the prime contract mission in study phase (excluding construction period): Approximately 12 months from notification in 2027 to mid-2028.
• Works: Starting from 2028.
• Provisional duration of works: 61 months.

Key Milestones:

• Deposit of the building permit: Before December 31, 2027.
• Provisional works (VRD, modular, playgrounds, etc.): Before the start of the school year in September 2028.

The core scope of work for this tender involves a restricted design competition for the reconstruction of Paul Langevin college and the demolition of the old college in Sainte Savine.

The statement of work summary includes a base mission (mission de base) and complementary missions (missions complémentaires).

The base mission entails:

• ESQ (Esquisse +), which is the Sketch + phase.
• APS (Avant-Projet Sommaire) for preliminary design.
• APD (Avant-Projet Définitif) for detailed preliminary design.
• PRO (Etudes de Projet y compris PC) for project studies, including the building permit.
• ACT (Assistance pour la passation des Contrats de Travaux) for assistance in awarding works contracts.
• VISA (Examen de conformité - visa), a compliance review, partial for non-technical lots.
• EXE (Etudes d'exécution et de synthèse) for execution and synthesis studies, partial for technical lots.
• SYN (Synthèse pour l'ensemble des lots) for overall lot synthesis.
• DET (Direction de l'Exécution des Travaux) for directing the execution of works.
• AOR (Assistance aux Opérations de Réception et pendant la Période de Garantie de Parfait Achèvement) for assistance during acceptance operations and the perfect completion guarantee period.

The complementary missions include:

• SSI (Coordination Système de Sécurité Incendie) for Fire Safety System Coordination.
• COM (Réalisation des supports de communication spécifiques) for creating specific communication materials such as slideshows and brochures.
• EQUIP (Définition des équipements mobiliers et appareillages) for defining furniture and equipment, including ergonomic studies for space layouts.

The works are expected to be completed before the start of the school year in September 2028. The exact content of these missions will be finalized during the negotiation phase of the framework agreement.
