TENDER DESCRIPTION

The number of candidates admitted to compete is set at 3. The contracting authority engages in negotiation with the winner(s) it appoints. The negotiation concerns the characteristics, the conditions for executing the contract, the fee proposal, as well as the consideration by the winner(s) of any observations made by the jury on their project. After negotiation, the public project management contract will be awarded by the Contracting Authority and a contract award notice for project management will be published. Candidates remain bound by their offer for a period of one hundred eighty (180) days from the deadline for submitting the final offer. The contracting authority will organize a meeting and a site visit with the participants in the competition to answer all posed questions.
