TENDER DESCRIPTION

Design competition, using a restricted procedure with five tenderers, with involvement of a jury, for the selection of an intervention proposal, which will serve as the basis for the contracting of the services for the drafting of the Basic and Execution Project, energy-efficiency certification of the building, subsequent site management, construction execution management, and monitoring of the “Rehabilitation of the residential building at Plaça de la República, 9, in Montesquiu under the Passivhaus standard”.
