The administrative reference for lot no. 1 is B26-06848. The services are to be carried out at the CEA/DAM - DIF centre, which has the following indicative characteristics: — located in Bruyères-le-Châtel, 30 km south of Paris (2,300 people; 41 hectares; 145 buildings representing 220,000 m² of operating area), together with its annexes adjacent to the site (TGCC, Poste Petit-Bois, break-of-bulk point, Teratec site occupied by the CEA). The technical areas concerned are the following: The CFO systems (electricity/lighting) including: — distribution – transformation: HVB, HVA and LV, — electrical power distribution and internal lighting devices within buildings, — emergency cutoff devices, — safety lighting, — emergency devices (generators, inverters and chargers), — public lighting, — metering, supervision, remote-control and automation devices (API) for electrical installations, — lightning protection and EMC devices, — capacitor bank batteries, — earthing network and inter-substation network.
