This consultation concerns a project management contract for the structural restructuring of the Théâtre des Folies Bergère. The contract aims to appoint a new execution project management team responsible for taking over the operation, including a preliminary phase of auditing the existing studies, awarded works contracts, and the technical solution chosen for the main structural works lot. The mission will also include the VISA, DET, AOR, GPA tasks and, if applicable, OPC until the complete completion of the operation.
