TENDER DESCRIPTION

This contract aims to entrust the contractor with: - the provision of consulting and strategic support services in media planning for outdoor advertising, press, radio, television, and Internet, the selection of media and their combination for each promotional campaign of the cultural offering (exhibitions, auditorium events, permanent collections) and the loyalty campaigns for the Louvre Museum's audiences (including possible campaigns for the Delacroix Museum or the Tuileries Garden). - the negotiation, purchase, and management of advertising spaces (outdoor advertising, press, radio, television, and Internet) necessary for carrying out these promotional or audience loyalty campaigns of the Louvre Museum, except for the spaces granted to the Louvre Museum under media partnership agreements concluded directly by the Louvre Museum. The chosen principle is that of payment delegation (the contractor will act as payment agent).
