Constitueix l'objecte del contracte l’execució de les obres d’urbanització de la fase 1 del Projecte d’urbanització PAU Jorbetes. Les obres que es proposa contractar corresponen als treballs inclosos a la fase 1 de l’àmbit 1 i a l’àmbit 2 del Projecte d’urbanització PAU Jorbetes, aprovat el 29 de juliol de 2026 per la Junta de Govern Local. D’acord amb el planejament urbanístic vigent, el polígon d’actuació és previst desenvolupar-los pel sistema de cooperació i seguint les determinacions del projecte de reparcel·lació aprovat.

TENDER DESCRIPTION
The purpose of the contract is the execution of the Phase 1 urban development works of the PAU Jorbetes Urban Development Project. The works proposed for contracting correspond to the works included in Phase 1 of Area 1 and Area 2 of the PAU Jorbetes Urban Development Project, approved on 29 July 2026 by the Local Government Board. In accordance with the current urban planning framework, the action area is planned to be developed through the cooperation system, following the provisions of the approved replotting project.
