Constitueix l'objecte del present contracte administratiu l'execució de les obres del “projecte de condicionament de parcel·la i millora de la via pública als carrers Montcau i Joan Cadevall que es composa de memòria, estudi de seguretat i salut, control de qualitat,plecs de condicions, pressupost i plànols, valorat amb un pressupost d’execució per contracte (PEC) de 54.952,59€, que un cop aplicat l’IVA actual (21%), ascendeix a un total de seixanta-sis mil quatre – cents noranta-dos euros amb seixanta – tres cèntims (66.492,63€) redactat pel serveis tècnics municipals en data 17 d’abril de 2026 amb un termini d’execució de 6 setmanes aprovat definitivament per mitjà de acord de la Junta de Govern Local de data 23 de setembre de 2026.

TENDER DESCRIPTION
The purpose of this administrative contract is the execution of the works of the “parcel preparation and improvement of the public thoroughfare project on Montcau and Joan Cadevall streets”, which comprises a technical report, a safety and health study, quality control, condition documents, a bill of quantities and drawings, assessed with a contract execution budget (PEC) of €54,952.59, which once the current VAT is applied (21%) amounts to a total of sixty-six thousand four hundred ninety-two euros with sixty-three cents (€66,492.63), drawn up by the municipal technical services on 17 April 2026, with an execution period of 6 weeks, definitively approved by means of an agreement of the Local Government Board dated 23 September 2026.
