Constitueix l’objecte del present contracte, d’acord amb el que disposa més detalladament el PPT, l'execució de les unitats d'obra civil necessàries per a les obres de conservació, manteniment i reparació de les xarxes d'abastament d'aigua potable i de sanejament que gestiona ABSA al municipi de Blanes. Les obres les executa directament ABSA, amb la col·laboració de l'empresa contractista en els termes que es descriuen a continuació.

TENDER DESCRIPTION

This contract is intended to cover, in accordance with the PPT’s provisions in greater detail, the execution of the civil works units required for conservation, maintenance, and repair works on the drinking water supply and sewerage networks managed by ABSA in the municipality of Blanes. The works are carried out directly by ABSA, with the collaboration of the contracting company on the terms described below.
