TENDER DESCRIPTION

The purpose of the contract is the supply of electrical material for the maintenance of public street lighting and the electrical installations of municipal buildings, with the technical characteristics defined in the technical specifications document (PPT) and in the non-exhaustive list of materials in Annex I to the PPT, grouped as follows: group 1, conductors, connections, protection and conduits; group 2, lamps and equipment; group 3, luminaires and floodlights; group 4, switches and fuses; group 5, building luminaires and emergency lighting; group 6, bases, sockets and junction boxes; group 7, columns; group 8, various items, and switchgear.
 This is a supply contract with successive performance and unit prices, under which the contractor undertakes to deliver the goods successively according to the needs of the City Council, without the total amount being defined with accuracy at the time the contract is concluded (art. 16.3.a) and thirty-third additional provision of the LCSP.
