Constituye el objeto del presente contrato la configuración de un servicio especializado de apoyo y asistencia psicológica a jóvenes residentes en la Comunidad de Madrid, con edades comprendidas entre los 14 y los 30 años, de carácter inmediato e individualizado, no presencial, mediante teléfono, sistema de videoconferencia y de mensajería instantánea, que incluye realizar un seguimiento individualizado de cada caso así como las derivaciones oportunas a los recursos especializados de intervención rápida de los servicios públicos de emergencia de la Comunidad de Madrid, tales como el 112 y el 012 Mujer, entre otros.

TENDER DESCRIPTION
The purpose of this contract is the configuration of a specialized service providing support and psychological assistance to young people who are residents of the Community of Madrid, aged between 14 and 30, of an immediate and individualized nature, remote (not in person), by telephone, a video conferencing system and instant messaging, which includes conducting individualized follow-up of each case as well as the appropriate referrals to specialized resources for rapid intervention from the public emergency services of the Community of Madrid, such as 112 and 012 Mujer, among others.
