TENDER DESCRIPTION

This contract consists of carrying out the works to construct a Day Centre for patients with Alzheimer’s disease and other neurodegenerative diseases, in accordance with the project drafted by Mr. Francisco Manuel Juárez Pozuelo, approved by the Local Government Board on 26 June 2026 and included in file 90869/2024. Execution in the vicinity of the N-332 is conditional upon the letter from the Roads Unit in Alicante ALC-AUT-26-299-A4. The Town Hall, as the party requesting the procedure, will submit the notice of commencement at least 48 hours before the Roads re-surveying (replanteo) minutes, will communicate any modifications and will request the separate authorisations that are applicable. The contractor will provide the information for those procedures, will prevent any impact on the roadway or interruptions to traffic, will control smoke, dust and particles, and will repair any damage attributable to its work, in accordance with the details of the technical specifications.
