TENDER DESCRIPTION

Works contract: Collection of urban residual waters from the Sambre river basin. Construction of the Strée wastewater treatment plant. The primary purpose of the contract is the studies, preparation of plans, construction, and commissioning of a domestic wastewater treatment plant with an administrative capacity equivalent to 1,125 PE for wastewater treatment of the Strée entity in the municipality of Beaumont. The site will be located on the territory of the Thuin municipality. The content of the contract and its general execution context are detailed in the technical part of this specification. Beyond the studies, execution plans, construction, and commissioning of the installation, the contractor’s scope includes the preparation of documents, authorizations, permits, services, supplies, and tests necessary for the execution of the works, the establishment of an inventory before and after the works drawn up in the presence of the contracting authority, as well as the preparation of the "post-works" files as described in the technical clauses.
