TENDER DESCRIPTION

Contract notice relating to a general project management mission including architectural services, civil engineering with mobility expertise, and technical engineering, with a view to concluding a negotiated contract within the framework of the construction project of a parking lot in Rumelange. Generally, the following services are an integral part of the general project management mission: • Architectural studies and general design of the project; • Internal coordination of the project management consortium; • Civil engineering studies with mobility expertise including, notably, exterior layouts, vehicle and pedestrian accesses, active mobility link, network connections, internal roads as well as connection to the existing road (N33); • Technical engineering studies including installations necessary for the operation of the parking lot (notably lighting, electrical supply, photovoltaic installation, elevator and technical equipment); • Preparation and monitoring of the files necessary for authorization requests with competent authorities, notably the Administration of Bridges and Roads; • Study and integration of constraints related to archeology, if applicable; • Study of…
