The core scope of work for this tender involves the construction of a restaurant and multi-commercial complex. This project is comprehensively divided into several distinct lots, indicating a wide range of building trades.

The main construction activities include:

• Earthwork and landscaping.
• Structural work.
• Carpentry, roofing, and related works (zinguerie).
• Waterproofing.
• Facade work.
• Exterior and interior joinery.
• Locksmithing/ironwork.
• Plastering, ceilings, and painting.
• Tiling and faience.
• Electrical installations, covering both strong and weak currents (e.g., origin of installation, earthing network, protection cabinets, power supplies for equipment, general distribution, local equipment, safety lighting, electrical cut-off, telephone/IT).
• Plumbing, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) installations.

Upon completion, the contractor is required to submit a comprehensive Dossier des Ouvrages Exécutés (DOE) to the contracting authority. This dossier must contain compliance certificates for all installations, three copies of "certified conforming" plans and diagrams (one reproducible), a detailed nomenclature of materials with supplier contact information, a list of mandatory maintenance interventions with their periodicity, a list of essential spare parts for the contracting authority to stock, and user/maintenance manuals for all installed equipment. The contractor is also responsible for all necessary administrative procedures with various authorities (e.g., fire department) to ensure the installation is operational upon the opening of the premises.
