TENDER DESCRIPTION

Provision of services to the Directorate General for Planning and Mobility Infrastructures, which has been assigned different functions in the field of mobility and carries them out through the Subdirectorate General for Mobility and Transport Planning, using, among other tools, assignment and prognosis models in studies of mobility patterns. The above-mentioned services shall consist in providing support to technical and executive officers in the decision-making process related to the city’s mobility policies, from an overall perspective that facilitates the understanding and comprehension of the problems and of the solution alternatives, always based on technical rigor in the analysis and the assessment of impacts (environmental, economic, social,) and the dimensions to be taken into account.
