TENDER DESCRIPTION
The new Contact Center Platform must: • Ensure continuity of telephone service; • Provide employees with a stable, secure and well-manageable telephony and Contact Center Platform; • Contribute to optimal accessibility for residents, businesses, partners and employees; • Provide sufficient flexibility to support future developments in the field of services, laws and regulations and technology. The intended agreement will be entered into for an initial period of four (4) years. Thereafter, under unchanged conditions, the agreement will be unilaterally extended by the Contracting Authority consecutively two (2) times, each time for a period of one (1) year. The agreement therefore has a maximum duration of six (6) years. There are various price caps which can be found in the Tender Documents.
