TENDER DESCRIPTION

The object of the procurement consists of the supply of natural stone materials (Andesite from Arșița) intended for outdoor arrangement works, paving and rehabilitation of public spaces carried out by SC SEPSI ÚT-ÉPÍTŐ SRL in the municipality of Sfântu Gheorghe and in Covasna County. Justification for the opportunity: • Ensuring the continuous flow of quality materials to the road and urban development construction sites managed by the company. • Aesthetic and structural uniformity of pedestrian spaces through the use of a durable, local material (Andesite), resistant to freeze-thaw cycles. • Efficient use of funds by setting firm unit prices for a period of 1 year, protecting the company against fluctuations in the construction materials market. 2. AWARD PROCEDURE AND CONTRACT TYPE Contract type: Supply Framework Agreement with a single economic operator, with a duration of 12 months (1 year). The procurement will be carried out through repeated subsequent contracts, depending on the evolution of the works on site.
