Group 02 – 4 routes 005 Baraolt - Aita Medie - Sfântu Gheorghe 006 Filia - Hăghig - Sfântu Gheorghe 007 Vârghiș - Aita Mare - Sfântu Gheorghe 008 Baraolt - Vâlcele - Sfântu Gheorghe Estimated total value excluding VAT: the range between 22,102,388.79 and 24,312,627.67 RON The amounts indicated do not include VAT. The estimated value of the acquisition represents the total value of the Contract resulting from this procedure for its entire duration. The Contracting Entity reserves the right to increase, under the conditions of the legislation on sectoral acquisitions, the quantity of services, without organising a new award procedure, if it becomes necessary to extend routes, introduce additional services or new stations. The possibility of amending the contract by up to a maximum of 10% of the estimated mileage is taken into account, in accordance with Article 14 and Article 241 of Law no. 99/2016, with subsequent amendments and additions, Article 17(1) letter c) and Article 27(1) letter a) of Law no. 92/2007, with subsequent amendments and additions.
