DELEGATION OF THE MANAGEMENT OF THE PUBLIC SANITATION SERVICE IN THE CITY OF BRAGADIRU, SEPARATE COLLECTION AND TRANSPORT OF MUNICIPAL WASTE AND OTHER WASTE STREAMS, STREET CLEANING, SNOW REMOVAL, which involves delegating by assigning a concession contract the activities mentioned above within the City of Bragadiru, as provided by Law no. 101/2006 on the sanitation service of localities, as well as in Emergency Ordinance no. 92/2021 regarding the waste regime). Within the sanitation service, the following activities are included to be carried out within the territorial area of the City of BRAGADIRU: A.
