DELEGATION OF THE MANAGEMENT OF THE PUBLIC SANITATION SERVICE IN BRAGADIRU CITY, SEPARATE COLLECTION AND TRANSPORT OF MUNICIPAL WASTE AND OTHER FLOWS, STREET SANITATION, SNOW REMOVAL, which involves delegating by awarding a concession contract for the above-mentioned activities within the territory of Bragadiru City, provided for in Law no. 101/2006 on the sanitation service of localities as well as in Emergency Ordinance no. 92/2021 regarding the waste regime). Within the sanitation service, the following activities are included to be carried out within the territorial area of BRAGADIRU City: A.
