TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The object of the contract is the execution of the works corresponding to the Project for the renewal of the control system at the CCMs of the Tàrrega WWTP, definitively approved by the Local Government Board, in accordance with the determinations, specifications, plans, budget and the rest of the documents forming part of the project. 2. The activity includes, among other things: • the replacement of the existing control system; • the renewal of the programmable controllers (PLC); • the implementation of a redundant high-availability architecture; • the renewal of the communications network by means of fibre optics; • the implementation of the supervision, control and management system; • the updating of the control system of the Tàrrega EBAR; • the implementation of redundant and secure communications systems; • the integration of the existing installations with the new system; • commissioning, tests, parametrization and legalisation of the installations; • training of municipal staff where appropriate; • the delivery of the final documentation provided for in the project. 3. The contractual object fully corresponds to that defined in the approved project.
