TENDER DESCRIPTION

The purpose of this tender is the execution of the works contemplated in the "Project for the construction of a parking lot on the Can Pàmies estate in the town centre of Gelida", written by the architect Lourdes Mena Sanmartí, professional body registration no. 67841-4, initially approved by the local Local Government Board (Junta de Govern local) on 30 April 2026. Published in the BOP de Barcelona (Official Gazette of the Province of Barcelona) no. CVE 202610086593 dated 08/05/2026, in the DOGC no. 9663 dated 12/05/2026 and on the notice board of the City Council (Ajuntament). The project includes intervention in the north-west part of the Can Pàmies estate, with the construction of a parking lot with access from Avenida Europa. Essentially, it aims to address the municipality users’ parking needs arising from the town’s topography and the lack of parking spaces. The proposal provides for a total of 82 parking spaces, of which 4 are reserved for people with reduced mobility.
