TENDER DESCRIPTION

The purpose of these Specifications is the contracting of the execution of the works described in the TECHNICAL PROJECT FOR THE COMMUNICATION OF MINOR WORKS FOR THE ACOUSTIC CONDITIONING AND ADDENDUM TO THE TECHNICAL PROJECT OF THE O.A.C. LES ROQUETES, definitively approved by the Local Government Board on 27 February 2024. During December 2021, an Evaluation Report and Corrective Proposal for the acoustic conditioning of the OAC. Les Roquetes is carried out in order to assess the acoustic conditioning of the Citizen Service Office room by studying the reverberation time and proposing improvements. From the results of the “in situ” measurements carried out, it was concluded that the reverberation values obtained, compared to the minimum levels in accordance with the DB HR of the CTE, presented levels higher than those required by the applicable mandatory regulations. It was proposed to reduce reverberation times in order to improve speech intelligibility and avoid the existence of echo or floating echo.
