TENDER DESCRIPTION
The purpose of the contract is the continued supply of personal protective equipment for the staff of the Occupational and Special Work Centre Tramuntana, dependent on the Baix Empordà County Council. These items must satisfy the needs and comply with the minimum requirements, and that their performance is suitable for the types of work required. The contract awardee is obliged to deliver, successively and following an order issued by the Tramuntana Centre, the personal protective equipment items detailed in “Annex 1: Items to be supplied” of the Particular Administrative Clauses File and for the unit prices provided for in the contract that is signed for that purpose. The quantity of each of the items will depend on the needs of the Tramuntana Centre staff during the term of the contract. The characteristics of the products to be supplied are detailed in the PPT.
