The contract duration is approximately 3.5 months. The contract start date is from its formalization, estimated to be mid-November 2026. The end date is until the dismantling of the fair, scheduled from March 4, 2027, at 18:00h. No contract extension is foreseen.

Key milestones and phases include:

• Review and adaptation of the design and construction proposal: From the award date until November 20, 2026.
• Joint submission of Method Statement and Safety Risk Assessment forms: Before November 23, 2026.
• Joint submission of Switchboard & Socket Location form: Before January 15, 2027.
• Delivery of the stand: By 14:00h on February 28, 2027.
• Contracting of services (providers and supplies): From the award date until the end of the fair.
• Construction and assembly: According to the official 4YFN27 assembly calendar, which is pending publication or confirmation.
• Technical supervision of the fair: From March 1 to March 4, 2027, with prior availability on February 28 for technical tests.
• Dismantling: According to the official 4YFN27 dismantling calendar, which is pending publication or confirmation.

The core scope of work for this tender involves the integral provision of services for the design, graphic development, production, construction, assembly, commissioning, technical assistance during the event, and dismantling of the "Catalonia Health Innovation Ecosystem" stand for the 4YFN congress, taking place from March 1 to 4, 2027. The stand will be located at Estand 8.0D33 in Hall 8 of Fira Gran Via de Barcelona and is intended to represent 12 entities and 16 startups from the Catalan health ecosystem.

Key deliverables and responsibilities include:

• Developing a design and construction proposal that aligns with specified needs, maintains a coherent look and feel, and provides a balanced distribution for startup exhibitions, multipurpose use, and networking.
• Undertaking the graphic development of the stand.
• Contracting necessary services, providers, and supplies.
• Executing the construction, mounting, and dismantling of the stand according to official calendars and regulatory requirements of Fira de Barcelona and GSMA.
• Ensuring the stand's delivery, fully completed and to Biocat's satisfaction, by 14:00h on February 28, 2027.
• Providing technical supervision of the fair from March 1 to 4, 2027, with prior availability on February 28 for technical tests.
• Submitting required forms, including Method Statement, Safety Risk Assessment, and Switchboard & Socket Location, to the official 4YFN platform by specified deadlines.
• Managing access passes for the fairground during assembly, dismantling, and event days.
• Obtaining all necessary authorizations for cleaning, security, and personnel permits during assembly and dismantling.
• Contracting security services if deemed necessary.
• Providing cleaning services for the space from March 1 to March 4, 2027.
• Ensuring adequate electrical power supply for the stand.
• Considering the use of sustainable and environmentally friendly materials.
