TENDER DESCRIPTION

The purpose of the contract proposed to be carried out consists of the execution of the works described in the Executive Project for the Redevelopment of Passatge Vilafranca. (exp OORD2026000003) The purpose of the project is the redevelopment of Passatge Vilafranca in Sant Feliu de Llobregat. The initiative originates from a participatory process carried out with local residents between the months of March and July 2025. The project involves improving the paving of the passatge, which currently has a sauló (clay gravel) surface that encourages use by dogs, and improving the green space, particularly the area bordering the ground floors of the dwellings. The most-voted proposal consisted in paving the space with block paving and standardising the treatment of the planting beds adjacent to the ground floors, with planters and the planting of bushy vegetation forming a hedge to protect views from the ground floors. The mulberry trees are retained and the vegetation around them is improved with wider planting pits and bushy vegetation and groundcovering.
