TENDER DESCRIPTION

Contracting for the provision of the community mediation and citizen coexistence service of the Sant Pere de Ribes Town Council, in accordance with these particular administrative clauses and technical specifications. The objectives of the community mediation and citizen coexistence service shall be the following: • To offer a free resource to the municipality’s residents who wish to find an alternative solution to conflicts in the judicial system. • To promote and facilitate the right of residents to resolve their own conflicts. • To activate within the socio-community network a project that fosters and encourages coexistence and the culture of peace and dialogue among all residents. • To ensure the proper implementation of the service at the level of technical and logistical support. • To encourage coexistence and communication among the municipality’s residents in order to improve interpersonal relationships. • To promote shared responsibility and active participation of residents in the management and resolution of the conflicts that affect them. • To improve dialogue between individuals and the various groups of Sant Pere de Ribes, accepting that conflict involves change and…
