TENDER DESCRIPTION

The purpose of the contract is the implementation and maintenance in SaaS modality of the human resources management and time attendance control information system of the City Council of Canet de Mar. It must include: 1) Data migration service from the previous system. 2) Purchase and installation of the time attendance control devices. 3) Implementation of the new system: configuration, training, support for commissioning. 4) Maintenance and updating of the SaaS. 5) User support once the system has been put into operation. It shall include: comprehensive human resources management, payroll, management of the workforce and the Relationship of Jobs, recruitment, implementation of the employee portal with time control and staff permissions and licences for the City Council of Canet de Mar. The contractual relationship will be a right of use of the software, that is, a supply with a leasing modality or payment per use, sized for the users who will have to manage the platform (3 people) and the workforce volume of the City Council (around 220 employees).
