TENDER DESCRIPTION

Contract a photography and video service for different events organised by Sitges Town Hall with the objective of documenting institutional events and maintaining the historical archive. With this service, it is intended to inform the public about activities of interest for citizens and, at the same time, to promote the destination among tourists and visitors. In order to communicate municipal activity and extend it to all citizens, visitors and tourists, Sitges Town Hall requires audiovisual material (photographs and videos). Sitges Town Hall communicates its activity and promotes the destination through different communication channels (social networks, website, newsletters) and also through press releases (the support used by the media to find out what is happening in Sitges). All of these formats require the need to have photographs and videos so that they reach the intended audience and have the impact that is intended to be achieved. The service to be contracted is:  Carrying out photography work of the most important institutional events that take place in Sitges annually.  Two photographic reportages per year that will be used to promote the destination for tourism…
