TENDER DESCRIPTION
The purpose of this contract is the restoration of the walls of Plaça de Sant Pere de Berga. Due to the general poor condition of the cladding with stone slabs from Sant Vicenç, the demolition of all the cladding is envisaged, leaving the concrete walls clean and hacked. Subsequently, the installation of a new cladding is envisaged with granite natural stone slabs of dimensions 60x40x3 cm, with a finish left as disc-shaped (smooth), fixed to the base wall with hidden anchors using stainless steel pivots. Finally, it is envisaged to paint the wall with a colourless acrylic paint in order to protect the surface from stickers and graffiti. No modification of the geometry of the current walls is envisaged.
