TENDER DESCRIPTION

1.1.-The purpose of this contract is to provide advisory services, technical assistance, and the supply on a rental basis and installation of various sound and/or lighting elements for the different cultural, festive, social, and civic activities organized by the Agramunt Town Council, and, in general, also for events organized by entities and associations within the municipality that co-organize with the Town Council. 1.2- With the proposed contracting, the Town Council intends to comply with the provisions of Law 9/2017 of 8 November on Public Sector Contracts, which transposed into the Spanish legal system the Directives of the European Parliament and of the Council 2014/23/EU and 2014/24/EU of 26 February 2014, with the aim that the service is provided with the greatest possible effectiveness and efficiency. The purpose of the contract is the provision, by a specialized company, of the technical assistance service (lighting, audiovisual equipment, machinery, and loading and unloading) for the Town Council.
