TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contract’s purpose is to provide comprehensive assistance services to all third parties using the electronic administration services of the Sitges City Council, as well as those of other public administrations that the City Council requires. The service provision consists of responding to, supporting, accompanying, resolving incidents and handling queries for all third parties (citizens, professionals, businesses, entities) who interact with the City Council through the various electronic information, management and processing platforms that are published, existing or future, as well as those of other public administrations with which the City Council requires. The City Council reserves the possibility, for security, urgency or convenience reasons, to provide certain assistance services through its own staff.
