Administrative service contract consisting of providing technical assistance for the monitoring and collaboration in the drafting of the executive project (study, review, and validation of solutions proposed by the drafting architects, preparation of the measurement and budgeting document), the development of the quality control program, supervision of the execution of the works and monitoring of quality control, preparation of the building logbook, and monitoring (and collaboration in the resolution) of any incidents that may occur in the after-sales phase, regarding the buildings to be developed by IMPSOL.
