TENDER DESCRIPTION
The purpose of these procurement documents is to contract the service consisting in drafting the Local Housing Plan for the municipality of Tàrrega, in accordance with the scope defined in clause 4 of the PPTP. This Plan is intended to capture the current snapshot of housing matters in Tàrrega and the roadmap to be followed over the next 6 years, assessing the actions and services that are currently being carried out, while at the same time enabling planning and coordination of new actions in order to respond to the needs identified in the diagnosis.
