TENDER DESCRIPTION

Contracting of environmental, logistics and economic technical assistance services for carrying out the diagnosis and feasibility study for the change to a mixed high-efficiency system, drafting of the entire documentary block of the new tender documents, and technical assistance in evaluating bids for the next procurement procedure for the Street Cleaning Services, Waste Collection and Management of the Civic Amenity Site of the Vallirana City Council. It is also defined that this contract has an integral consulting nature. For the purposes of ensuring continuity of the main file, it is expressly clarified that the contract’s object includes the mandatory technical, logistical, legal and economic advice for the material drafting and preparation of the entire documentary block of the new clauses administrative and technical specifications that will govern the next major procurement procedure for the aforementioned municipal services.
