TENDER DESCRIPTION

Currently, at the reinforced-concrete multi-sport court of the ZEM Sant Francesc, it is necessary to improve its operability and versatility, and to update the elements that make it up, which are partially degraded, in the following terms: - The joints, and some joints and cracks and fissures in the pavement, and the irregular pavement surface, interfere with play. - Accessibility needs to be improved because the exterior direct entry ramp from the children’s playground has a slope greater than that required for accessibility. - Safety needs to be improved by renewing the perimeter fencing, which has concrete plinths with a very pronounced edge and the upper part with tubes and metal sheeting with areas showing corrosion, and by renewing the nets for the goals, also moving the supporting posts to the outside and removing the fixed posts of the basketball hoops, which are currently integrated in the same plane as the fence, to prevent player impact. - Otherwise, the concrete plinth makes it difficult for water to drain effectively through the holes it has. - The lighting is not energy efficient and has lost luminosity.
