TENDER DESCRIPTION
The executive project for the refurbishment of a building to be used as a visitors’ centre contains a description of the current status and the refurbishment works needed to achieve the objectives set in order to use the indoor and outdoor spaces for public use. Through the tender procedure being put forward, it is intended to carry out the works for phase 2 of this project, as detailed in the separate document approved by this Corporation by resolution of the Plenary Session held on 25 May 2026. The technical documents governing the execution of the works are those of the executive project, both with regard to the graphic documents and the written documents. This separate document includes, solely, a breakdown and update of the project’s works budget so as to enable a second phase of intervention in a manner consistent with the whole:
