TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The purpose of the contract is the execution of the works defined in the “Project for the expansion of the west sidewalk of Carrer de Santa Clara de Tàrrega”, prepared by the Municipal Technical Services in May 2026 and signed by the engineer Joan Santacana Espasa. 2. The main purpose of the actions is the expansion and improvement of the west sidewalk of Carrer de Santa Clara, with the aim of guaranteeing suitable conditions for mobility, accessibility and safety for pedestrians. 3. The project provides, among others, for the following actions: a) Demolition of the existing sidewalk and kerb. b) Expansion of the area intended for pedestrians. c) Execution of new pavements with grey paving slabs and setts. d) Execution of pavement of yellow tactile paving slabs at accessible driveways. e) Construction and adaptation of pedestrian crossings. f) Renovation of the drinking water network by replacing the existing 60 mm fibrociment pipe with a PE 63 mm polyethylene pipe PN 10. g) Renovation of the horizontal and vertical signage affected by the works. h) Installation of five street furniture litter bins. i) Management of waste arising from the works and demolition. j) Execution of…
