TENDER DESCRIPTION

The object of the contract is the indirect management, by means of a service concession, of the municipal public service of the integral water cycle, which includes the joint provision of potable water supply and sewerage services. The concession includes the comprehensive management and operation of the installations, infrastructures, and networks assigned to the services; the capture or reception of water resources, storage, treatment and distribution of water up to the delivery point to the users; management of connections and meters; operation, conservation, and maintenance of the sewerage network and its electrical, mechanical and auxiliary installations; repair of breakdowns, as well as the execution of accessory works, expansion, renovation and improvement actions corresponding to the concessionaire company. It also includes the administrative, commercial and economic management of the services, including user service, meter reading, billing, tariff collection and other actions necessary to guarantee the continuity, quality and efficiency of the services.
