TENDER DESCRIPTION
The new building of the City Council has a VRV type air conditioning system, configured with two independent outdoor units for each floor of the building. On the fourth floor, a leak has been detected in the heat exchangers of the two outdoor units installed. Given the age of the equipment and after the corresponding technical assessment, it has been concluded that replacing the affected units with new equipment is the most technically and economically viable solution. For this reason, this contract is proposed.
