TENDER DESCRIPTION

The purpose of the contract is: - The design, planning and technical and methodological preparation of the community intervention, including the definition of routes, content, dynamics and criteria for adequacy to the profile of the target individuals. - The coordination, facilitation and execution of a set of community activities based on contact with the natural environment and on giving value to the cultural, landscape and social heritage of the region. - The recruitment, information provision, support and encouragement of the active participation of older people who are potentially eligible for the project, especially those who are in a situation or at risk of social isolation or unwanted loneliness. - The co-design or review of the activities with the Consell Consultiu de la Gent Gran of the region, where appropriate, in order to ensure that the actions are suitable for the profile, interests and needs of the target individuals. - The organisation and execution of community routes, group activities and information, relational or preventive sessions linked to the municipalities of Flix, Móra d’Ebre and Rasquera, without prejudice to the participation of residents in the other…
