TENDER DESCRIPTION

The purpose of this procurement is the performance, by the awarded company, of a set of tasks and activities for the maintenance and conservation of the public road in the municipality of Sant Pere de Ribes, and other complementary tasks that may be considered necessary also in the area of municipal buildings or municipal playgrounds, in accordance with the requirements set out in the technical specifications document and with what is established in the particular administrative clauses document. For the most part, it involves having an external company to carry out works and other maintenance services of corrective works throughout the year and outside working hours, although preventive maintenance actions are also included to ensure the good condition of municipal public spaces.
