TENDER DESCRIPTION

The purpose of this contract is to carry out the development/urbanisation of an urban park, for which it is necessary to contract both the execution of the works and the services of the Technical Management (Direcció Facultativa), consisting of the Site Execution Management (Direcció d’execució d’obra) and Safety and Health Coordination during the execution phase. The site execution management service is contracted jointly with the service for drafting the project, as stated in the file references GCON2023000095 and GCON2026000024. The works are carried out on municipal land intended for the Urban parks and gardens system (classification 3) in consolidated urban land, located in the Unit of Action 1 “Torre del Botafoc”, between Riera de la Bisbal, carrer Rasa d’en Solà, Torrent del Cullaré, carrer Isabelins, Avinguda Baix Penedès and a system of facilities and amenities where two school buildings are located. The land is divided into two registered plots and includes part of the road system (key 1) within it. The cadastral references of the plots are 6648006CF7664H0001SJ and 6848402CF7664N0001XW.
