TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of the contract is the acquisition, both of the necessary software and of the relevant security subscriptions for the deployment of an EDR + XDR and the maintenance of the platform through an MDR. This contract consists of the service and supply, installation, and support for the configuration and maintenance of the proposed solution, complying with the technical requirements and conditions that guarantee: 1. Acquisition, installation and configuration of the new MDR/MDR solution in accordance with the guidelines of ATL’s internal team. 2. Maintenance services 24x7x365 and operation of these elements together with ATL’s internal team for the MDR platform.
