TENDER DESCRIPTION

The purpose of this contract is to provide maintenance for the illuminated and ornamental fountains, drinking fountains, and the automatic irrigation installations for roadside trees and municipal green spaces in Sant Pere de Ribes. Its main objectives are: - Keep the installations in perfect working order and condition. - Update and maintain the existing inventory and technical documentation for the installations. - Carry out inspections of the installations in accordance with the applicable current regulations. - Carry out all maintenance, prevention and corrective actions to comply with applicable regulations in matters of legionella control and prevention, as well as the preparation of the new regulatory protocols (PPCL) for those fountains that do not have them and for the irrigation systems. - Plan and carry out the actions in accordance with the municipal Master Plan for urban green areas. - Resolve any incidents and breakdowns that may arise, with the minimum possible time. - Adapt the installations to the applicable current regulations.
