Contracte mixt de subministrament en règim de lloguer i de serveis tècnics de sonorització i il·luminació per a les activitats de la campanya de Nadal 2026-2027 i la cavalcada de reis de Manresa (dividit en 3 lots)

TENDER DESCRIPTION

The purpose of this tender is the contracting of sound, lighting and audiovisual technical support services for the city of Manresa’s Christmas street activities and shows. In accordance with Article 99 of Law 9/2017, of 8 November, on Public Sector Contracts (LCSP), the contract is divided into three (3) independent lots. Tendering companies may submit proposals for one, several or all of the lots without distinction:  LOT 1: PLAÇA DE NADAL - FIXED INSTALLATIONS. Sound, lighting, projection and technical support for the shows at Plaça de Nadal at Plaça de Sant Domènec (from 27 November to 24 December 2026).  LOT 2: CAVALCADA - MOBILE INSTALLATIONS. Mobile sound system integrated into the 9 carriages of the Royal Parade (on 5 January 2027).  LOT 3: CAVALCADA AND ROYAL LETTER CARRIER - FIXED INSTALLATIONS. Sound and lighting for the fixed areas of the Royal Parade (Pont Vell, Plaça Major and Crist Rei) and sound for the Royal Letter Carrier activity of Prince Assuan (2, 3, 4 and 5 January 2027), including the design, manufacture and projection of two custom gobos. The purpose of each Lot is defined in clause 1a of the Administrative Clauses and Technical Specifications document.
