TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Culture Service promotes the mixed contract for the supply and services for the manufacture, supply, installation and dismantling of the scenographic and decorative elements for three royal floats for the Three Kings Parade in Parets del Vallès. The first year includes the adaptation and technical development of the municipal designs, the manufacture and supply of the scenographic and decorative elements and their installation and dismantling, as well as the rental of three power generator sets. Subsequent years include the review, restoration and repair of reusable elements, their installation and dismantling and the rental of the power generator sets. In all years, the technical requirements must be met and the corresponding certifications must be provided in accordance with the PPTP. The manufactured scenographic and decorative elements shall become the property of the City Council, except for the power generator sets that are the subject of rental. The designs, technical characteristics and execution conditions are those established in the PPTP.
