Contracte mixt del subministrament, instal·lació, configuració i manteniment dels equips de localització georeferenciada per a les unitats mòbils de l'Ajuntament de Sant Feliu de Llobregat

TENDER DESCRIPTION

The purpose of the contract proposed to be carried out consists in the implementation and maintenance of a georeferenced location system (geopositioning) for the management and supervision of the mobile units of the City Council of Sant Feliu de Llobregat. The detailed description of the technical, functional and operational characteristics of the system is set out in the Technical Specifications Document (Plec de Prescripcions Tècniques). This contract is co-financed by the European Union through the European Regional Development Fund (FEDER), under the Pluriregional Programme for Spain 2021-2027 within the Integrated Local Development Strategy (Local Development Plan, Pla EDIL), in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2021/1060. Consequently, the successful bidder and subcontracting companies that take part in the performance shall have to comply with the obligations arising from this funding, in particular those relating to publicity and visibility, documentation retention and auditability. This contract is included in the City Council of Sant Feliu de Llobregat’s annual contracting plan for the 2026 financial year.
